Look out for this plant. It is a fairly large bushy tree sort of thing and will shortly, rather later in the year than usual, be covered in heavily scented white flowers.
Elderflower!
Start collecting empty wine bottles and note your nearest supply of flowers. This is best done in a secret sort of way so that others don't notice and earmark them too. Watch them like a hawk to make sure you get there as soon as they are ripe for picking and before everyone else.
